Allie Labate

I believe great yoga teachers embody the practice—not just in how they move, but in how they live, breathe, and show up in the world.

My trainings are rooted in functional, anatomy-informed asana, but they go far beyond poses. We explore yoga as a path of discipline, self-inquiry, and transformation—from the strength we build on the mat to the stillness we cultivate in meditation.

My formal training is in Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and Rocket Yoga, and I’ve had the privilege of studying with teachers who understand both the physical body and the spiritual purpose of yoga. I also hold a certification as a Chopra Healthā„¢ Ayurveda Teacher through Dr. Deepak Chopra and his faculty, and I weave this wisdom into how I teach, sequence, and support students.

Beyond the mat, I continue to study and practice daily, focusing on pranayama, meditation, and inner cultivation. I’m currently studying Nei Gong with Damo Mitchell and Kriya Yoga through the Self-Realization Fellowship, and I bring the depth of these practices into every training.

My goal is to help you become not just a confident and powerful teacher—but a lifelong student of yoga. Someone who can lead with clarity, and live with intention.
