Join Allie for a 3-night immersion designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and return to the natural rhythm that already exists inside of you. Through strong, embodied yoga practices, meditation, nourishing plant-based food, time in nature, and real community connection, this weekend becomes a space to slow down, clear out the mental clutter, and feel yourself again—fully and without distraction.

This retreat is an extension of how I live and teach: waking up with intention, moving the body in a way that feels powerful and alive, eating simple whole foods that actually support us, spending real time in nature, laughing a lot, going deep when it matters, and creating space to hear the quiet truth underneath all the noise.

In a world that constantly pulls your attention outward, this is your chance to turn it all the way back in.

THE RETREAT LODGE

Our retreat home is a beautifully renovated barn turned lodge-style sanctuary, surrounded by horses, rolling hills, and the magestic Sauratown Mountains. The upstairs sleeping area features 11 beds arranged in cozy shared sleeping spaces, with spacious common areas designed for meals, connection, and rest. With approximately 4,600 sq. ft. of indoor space, the lodge offers plenty of room to spread out while still feeling grounded, simple, and connected.

The retreat space offers easy access to Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain State Parks, along with quiet nights under open skies and stars.

RETREAT SCHEDULE

This is a tentative rhythm of the retreat. 

The schedule may gently shift based on the energy of the group, weather, and flow of the weekend. Spaciousness is part of the experience.

THURSDAY

After 12:00 PM — Arrival & Check-In
Arrive and settle into the space
Tea, fruit, and light snacks available
Quiet time for rest, journaling, walking, or simply being

3:00–5:00 PM — Yoga Practice 
Ashtanga Yoga Practice

6:00 PM — Welcome Dinner (Community Style)
Nourishing plant-based meal shared together
Ayurvedic principles woven into conversation and cooking experience

7:30 PM — Opening Circle + Yoga Nidra Meditation
Intention setting + guided deep rest practice

Evening — Optional Bonfire + Connection
Tea, conversation, silence, or rest under the stars


FRIDAY

8:00–9:00 AM — Morning Meditation

Morning — Self-serve Breakfast
Light, self-serve breakfast available (fruit, granola, oats, tea, coffee)

10:30 AM–12:30 PM — Yoga Asana Workshop
Movement, philosophy, & mind-body-energy exploration

12:30 PM — Lunch
Fresh, plant-based meal shared in community

Afternoon — Free Time + Rest + Nature
Rest, journaling, nature walks, hiking, off-site excursions, or quiet connection
Tea and snacks available throughout the day

3:00–5:00 PM — Yoga Practice
Rocket Yoga Practice

7:30–8:45 PM — Qigong + Nei Gong Meditation

STRONG, EMBODIED YOGA
Each day includes powerful yoga practices like Ashtanga Yoga, Rocket Yoga, and Power Yoga. These practices challenge, energize, and reconnect you to your body while honoring your individual experience.

DAILY MEDITATION
Begin each day with guided meditation practices that cultivate concentration, presence, and inner stillness.


SOUND MEDITATION
Experience a deeply internal experience—a trance-like, expanded state of awareness…often described as psychedelic, without substances.
AYURVEDIC LIVING
Rather than spending hours in lectures, Ayurvedic wisdom will be woven naturally throughout the retreat. During our community dinners, we’ll prepare nourishing meals together while exploring practical principles of Ayurveda, including digestion, seasonal living, mindful eating, and creating balance in daily life.

QIGONG & NEIGONG
Evening practices will help regulate the nervous system, cultivate internal awareness, and deepen your connection to subtle energy through gentle movement and meditation.

NATURE & DIGITAL DETOX
This retreat is an invitation to step away from constant notifications, endless scrolling, and digital overwhelm. Spend time in nature, journal, rest, reflect, and rediscover the simple joy of being present.
