MEDITATION

CLUB

Meditation practice is about showing up for yourself, not “getting it right,” and building a consistent habit that nourishes your mind, your nervous system, and connects you to the truth that lies within.

Each session begins with gentle guidance—breath awareness, pranayama, visualization, or other simple techniques—before moving into a period of quiet, seated meditation. Over time, these practices help you reduce stress, calm a busy mind, and cultivate focus and inner steadiness.

Open to all levels—whether you’re new to meditation, looking to deepen your practice, or looking for accountability.  Cameras are optional; come as you are.

RECORDINGS

Life isn’t always aligned with a live schedule.

Every guided meditation is recorded so you can return to them whenever you need grounding, clarity, or rest.

MEET THE TEACHER:

I am a yoga teacher and student trained in Raja Yoga, the eight-limbed system designed to master the mind, refine awareness, and ultimately lead toward Samadhi—absorption in Truth, God, or pure consciousness. I am also a devoted student of the Chinese internal arts of Daoist Qigong and Nei Gong, which includes practices that move beyond physical health to self-actualization, deep meditation, and, ultimately, union with the Dao (or God).

My meditations often blend yogic techniques (which work directly with the mind) and Nei Gong methods (which work through the body and energy). Sometimes the practices are purely yogic, sometimes purely Daoist, and sometimes a thoughtful integration of both.

The way I teach meditation is methodical, experiential, and grounded in lived practice. I’m less interested in spiritual aesthetics and more interested in what actually works, so the techniques I share are the ones that have reliably guided me into deep stillness, clarity, and blissful absorption—and that is the state I aim to help you access as well.

If you’re drawn to meditation as a serious inner practice—one that is both ancient and intelligently applied—you’re in the right place.
