PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
To help classes run smoothly and maximize our time for yoga, meditation, and community, all students are required to create an account and pre-register for classes, sound meditations, and events before arriving at the studio.
As a small studio with limited space, classes often fill quickly. We recommend booking at least one hour before class to secure your spot, though online registration remains open until one minute before class begins if space is available.
If you forget to sign up or experience technical issues, you are welcome to create an account and purchase a pass at the front desk. However, space cannot be guaranteed for walk-ins.
For easier booking and account management, we recommend downloading the Momoyoga app.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
As a small studio, we have to cancel classes with low attendance in order to keep the studio sustainable.
If a class has one student or fewer registered one hour before the scheduled start time, the class will be canceled. Students who are registered will be notified via email, and we will often send a personal text message as well.
ARRIVAL + STUDIO ETIQUETTE
- Doors open 15 minutes before class.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle into the space.
- Doors lock promptly at class start time. Late entry is not permitted.
- Shoes must be removed upon entering the studio.
- We recommend practicing barefoot.
- Please check in at the front desk and let your teacher know if it’s your first class!
- Wear clean, breathable clothing and avoid heavy cologne or perfume.
- Phones and electronics are not permitted in the practice space unless needed for emergencies or on-call situations. Smart watches should be placed in theater/silent mode.
- Conversation before and after class is encouraged, but once practice begins, please maintain silence in the practice room.

EQUIPMENT + RENTALS
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one!
If not, we have a limited number of free rental mats at the front desk. Premium Manduka mats are also available for purchase in the studio. Mat rentals are $5.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes
Please cancel your reservation at least 1 hour before class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $10 Late Fee (for Members and New Student Intro Pass Holders) or forfeiture of the class credit used (Non-members) to reserve the class.
Workshops, Events + Sound Meditations
All workshop, event, and sound meditation reservations are final. If you cancel late or do not attend, the pass or credit used for booking will be forfeited.
CLASS PACKAGE EXPIRATION
- Drop-ins expire 1 month from purchase date.
- Class Packs expire 8 months from purchase date.
- New Student Intro Passes expire 14 days from purchase date.
All purchases are non-refundable and expiration dates cannot be extended.
MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis and include a 2-month minimum commitment.
To cancel or pause a membership, you must email us at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
Memberships begin and renew on the original purchase date.
Annual memberships cannot be paused, canceled, or refunded after purchase.
RETURNS, REFUNDS + TRANSFERS
We do not offer refunds, transfers, credits, or extensions on classes, memberships, workshops, events, retreats, retail items, or merchandise.
All class packs, memberships, and passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are assigned. Sharing passes with friends or family members is not permitted.
Each person attending a class, event, or sound meditation must have their own account and purchase.
MINIMUM AGE
Students must be 16 years or older to attend yoga classes at vyb studio.
Students under 16 may attend Sound Meditations, Slow Flow, and Yin + Restore classes only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please email allie@vyb-studio.com with questions regarding youth attendance.
LOST + FOUND
Cubbies are available for personal belongings; however, vyb studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit and debit cards in the studio.
Cash is accepted only if you have the exact amount, as we do not keep a cash drawer onsite.
