  • Tailored Sessions: Choose the focus of your training—whether it’s Strength and Mobility, Yoga, or a customized blend. Each 45-minute session is designed to maximize your time and ensure you get the most out of every workout.

  • Systematic Programming: Each week, your sessions will be carefully programmed to cover a full range of movement patterns, muscle group focuses, and intensity levels. This approach ensures you’re always challenged but never over-trained or bored.

  • Balanced Workouts: I aim to provide balance in every session, working all areas of movement, including strength, agility, stability, and mobility. Every movement is scalable, so you can confidently complete each session, no matter your experience or fitness level.

In addition to physical training, I’m also offering Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultations. Nutrition is a crucial component of overall wellness, and my goal is to demystify vegan, plant-based, and Ayurvedic nutrition for you. During our consultation, we’ll review your Ayurvedic assessment, which not only covers what to eat but also when to eat, fostering a personalized approach that suits your unique needs.

Through our conversations, we’ll explore your relationship with food and develop realistic, actionable strategies to create lasting, impactful changes in your diet and lifestyle.
