Classes are 60 minutes unless noted by 45, 75, or 90 on our Schedule.

vigorous power yoga

ALL LEVELS

Prepare to elevate your practice with our signature power yoga class! Designed to challenge even the strongest yogi, this practice blends fast-paced flows, powerful holds, and loud energizing music.  Expect to build endurance, strength, and stamina in body and mind by practicing a wide variety of balancing postures, backbends, twists, and options for arm balances and inversions. With modifications and advancements offered, you can tailor the practice to your needs.  Familiarity with foundational poses or 4–6 prior power yoga classes is recommended, but not required. Rest breaks, observation, and modifications are always welcome!

This class offers the best of both worlds, blending strength and serenity for a balanced mind-body experience. The first half of this class features our signature vyb practice—a vigorous power yoga flow designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and balance with fast-paced movements and powerful holds.  Then, transition into chill mode for the second half, where you’ll slow down with deep stretches and restorative postures. This calming phase focuses on relaxation, mobility, and mindfulness, helping you unwind and recharge. Whether you’re seeking a challenge or deep relaxation, this class gives you the best of both worlds.

Power links breath to movement with a focus on endurance, balance, core strength, flexibility, and restoration. This class offers a strong, steady pace that builds heat and power without the intensity of our signature class. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences designed to strengthen and stretch the body, while also improving balance and range of motion. Expect a balanced blend of standing postures, core work, and deep stretches, with modifications and variations provided for all experience levels.

Power & Chill combines the strength and movement of our Power class with the stillness and relaxation of our Chill class. The first half of class builds heat and power with dynamic flows that strengthen, stretch, and energize the body. In the second half, you’ll slow down and sink into meditative, yin-inspired stretches designed to release tension, improve mobility, and deeply relax the mind and body. Perfect for those seeking balance, this class offers the best of both worlds—invigorating movement followed by grounding stillness.

Slow Burn is an Ashtanga-inspired class where slow doesn’t mean easy! This mindful vinyasa practice flows at a steady, accessible pace, challenging you both physically and mentally without rushing through poses. Emphasizing proper alignment, breath awareness, and gentle transitions, it builds a strong foundation of strength, flexibility, and balance. Ideal for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, Slow Burn helps cultivate mindfulness, eases tension, and improves body awareness while promoting relaxation and mental clarity—perfect for anyone seeking a slower, more intentional flow.

Grounded is a soothing, slow flow vinyasa class designed to help you connect deeply with your body and breath. Moving at a gentle pace, this practice emphasizes mindful transitions, breath awareness, and grounding postures. It’s perfect for all levels, especially beginners, as it encourages stability, calm, and balance without the rush. Grounded will leave you feeling centered and at ease, promoting a peaceful mind and body. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a nurturing space to cultivate mindfulness and inner calm.

rocket yoga / ashtanga yoga

ALL LEVELS | GREAT BEGINNER CLASS!

The Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir named this style of yoga “The Rocket” because “it gets you there faster.” Rocket Yoga is a moderately paced flow that combines traditional Ashtanga yoga with elements of creative vinyasa flow. The Rocket I sequence is called “leg day” as it focuses on the lower half of the body, building strength, flexibility, and balance to the legs and hips. This series begins with the familiar Sun Salutations A and B to warm up, followed by standing postures, seated postures, and backbends. Funky transitions and options for arm balances and handstand play keep the practice lively and challenging. Whether you’re building physical strength, mastering your mind, or exploring new postures, this class will push your limits and leave you feeling mentally and physically stronger.All levels are welcome.

rocket yoga / ashtanga yoga

INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED

This challenging practice is best suited for yogis who already have a bakasana (crow pose) in their practice. 

While Rocket 1 emphasizes lower body strength, Rocket 2 is all about building upper body strength and mobility (think “arm day”).  Known for its energizing flow, Rocket 2 combines playful arm balances, lots of backbends, invigorating twists, hip work, and plenty of chances to get upside down and explore your limits.  Don’t worry if the handstands and inversions feel overwhelming at first—stick with it, and you’ll see both your practice and arm muscles transform over time!

Slow down, unwind, and go deep in this meditative, yin-inspired stretch and relaxation session. Strength and Inversions is a high-energy workout class designed to build the strength, mobility, and body awareness needed for handstands, forearm stands, and backbends. This full-body workout focuses on upper body, core, and leg strength, incorporating a variety of drills and exercises—both at the wall and free-standing—to enhance balance, proprioception, strength, and control. Not comfortable going upside down yet? No worries—modifications are provided for inverted shapes. You’ll gain the tools and confidence to find flight on your hands, build safer stronger backbends, and uncover your potential for inversions in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Perfect for anyone looking to build strength and explore their body’s potential! Come as you are!

You’ll be guided through The Four Purifications—a series of transformative pranayama and subtle body practices designed to cleanse, balance, and enhance the flow of prana (life force) within. The class concludes with meditation, allowing you to integrate the benefits of the practice and settle into a state of inner clarity and energetic alignment. vybrations is a transformative sound bath experience, where the healing power of frequency and vibration allows you to access a meditative state with ease, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. During these sessions, the resonant tones of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments will wash over you, helping to clear energetic blockages, soothe the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.  Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, these sound baths offer a unique opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and centered.
