Expect heart-pumping beats, feel-good challenges, and a supportive atmosphere that encourages exploration—whether you’re holding a strong pose, taking a rest, or playing with something new. Modifications and advancements are always available, so you can make this class exactly what you need. Prior power yoga experience is helpful but not required—just bring your energy and an open mind!

“It gets you there faster.” Created by Larry Schultz (nicknamed “the bad man of Ashtanga yoga” by Pattabhi Jois) in 1989, Rocket Yoga is based on the first three series of Ashtanga and is made accessible to practitioners of all levels. Like traditional Ashtanga, the Rocket sequence helps balance the nervous system, purify the body, and steady the mind.

But those are far from its only benefits. Rocket is typically more vigorous than other yoga styles, offering a stronger cardiovascular element while also increasing mobility, flexibility, strength, and stamina. It teaches incredibly fun and empowering skills—like arm balances, handstands, and floaty transitions between poses—and helps practitioners tap into their full physical and mental potential.

Yogastha Sadhana is a vinyasa based class that targets a multi-limbed approach to the daily practice of yoga. This mindful practice begins by building pranayama (regulating the breath) as the foundation and warming the body in a set sequence of sun salutations and standing postures, before moving through a series of seated postures. Each class ends with a closing sequence including backbends and inversions before settling into seated contemplation and rest. Rooted in the eight-limbed path, Yogastha Sadhana classes emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and thoughtful transitions, cultivating strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all levels, it offers a holistic approach to yoga—empowering the body, refining the breath, sharpening focus, and opening the mind to clarity and presence.

Prana is a moving meditation class rooted in the ancient art and science of Qigong (“chee-gong”) mixed with yogic pranayama. Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation to boost energy, relieve stress, and balance emotions. It focuses on cultivating holistic health by addressing the mind, body, and spirit as an integrated whole. “Qi” means life-force energy, and “Gong” means skill or cultivation—so Qigong is the practice of cultivating your vital energy. Similarly, in yoga, pranayama refers to the control (yama) of prana, the vital life force. In Prana, we weave together Qigong movements and classical yogic breathwork to move into greater clarity, vitality, and connection with your highest Self.

Meditation is a transformative practice rooted in the 8-Limbed Path of Yoga, leading to Samadhi—the ultimate state of peace and self-realization. While it can be challenging at first, with practice, meditation becomes a fulfilling ritual that helps reduce stress, calm the mind, and improve sleep.  Each 45-minute session includes guided techniques like breath awareness, pranayama, and visualization, followed by 20-30 minutes of silent meditation. Meditation has been scientifically proven to enhance overall well-being and provide relief from a busy, stressful life.  Bring your own meditation cushion or mat if you have one.

Strength and Inversions is a high-energy workout class designed to build the strength, mobility, and body awareness needed for arm balances, handstands, forearm stands, and backbends. This full-body workout focuses on upper body, core, and leg strength, incorporating a variety of drills and exercises—both at the wall and free-standing—to enhance balance, proprioception, strength, and control. Not comfortable going upside down yet? No worries—modifications are provided for inverted shapes. You’ll gain the tools and confidence to find flight on your hands, build safer stronger backbends, and uncover your potential for inversions in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Perfect for anyone looking to build strength and explore their body’s potential! Come as you are!

Surrender, restore, and realign under the energy of the New Moon. This deeply meditative experience blends the healing power of sound with the therapeutic benefits of yin and restorative yoga. Bathe in the immersive vibrations of live sound as you move through long-held, supported postures designed to release tension, promote stillness, and invite introspection. You will be led through breath work, long, relaxing postures supported by bolsters and blankets, and a blissful yoga nidra guided meditation. The combination of sound healing and gentle movement creates the perfect space to set intentions, reset your energy, and cultivate a sense of inner harmony.
