Join Heidi for this monthly, workshoppy deep dive into the foundations of yoga. 

Ever wanted to start a yoga practice but weren’t sure where or how to begin? You’re not alone! Yoga is accessible to everyone, and beyond just flexibility and strength, it helps boost digestion, circulation, balance, mood, and sleep—just to name a few benefits!

Communal, conversational, and educational, this guided workshop practice is perfect for beginner students with little or no yoga experience, as well as experienced practitioners eager to refine their alignment, explore modifications, and deepen their understanding of key poses. 

Held the second Sunday of every month, each 2-hour session will cover the building blocks of yoga, including Sun Salutations and commonly practiced poses, all in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Whether you’re brand new or hoping to fine-tune your practice, this is a great opportunity to ask questions, receive guidance, and gain the confidence to join any of our classes with ease.
