12pm: Open House Begins
Doors open for you to stop by, meet our team, explore the studio, get an aura reading, and take advantage of our special in-studio only promotional offers. All those who stop by will automatically be entered into our free raffle for a chance to win FREE yoga!
Please note: Our doors will be locked during class sessions to ensure a focused and uninterrupted experience for all participants.

12pm - 2pm: Aura Readings
Discover your unique energy with a personal aura reading and photograph by @almalindaaura. Your aura is your “vibe,” short for your vibrational frequency. Aura photography uses biofeedback to capture a stunning visual representation of your energetic field, offering insight into your mental, physical, and spiritual state.

2pm - 3pm: Live DJ Class
Join us for an exclusive grand opening edition of our signature vyb class, set to live DJ beats! This high-energy power yoga session combines fast-paced flows with powerful holds to challenge your endurance, strength, and focus. Expect balancing postures, backbends, inversions, and arm balance options—all designed to push your limits and elevate your practice. With modifications and advancements available, you can personalize the intensity. While not recommended for beginners, if you’re ready for a challenge (and bring a sense of humor!), beginners are always welcome to the mat!

4pm - 5pm: SOUND BATH + YOGA NIDRA
Unwind and rejuvenate with our special sound bath and yoga nidra meditation! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and calming instruments as you journey into a deep state of relaxation. This guided yoga nidra practice will help you release tension, restore balance, and promote a sense of inner peace. Perfect for all levels, this serene experience invites you to let go of stress and reconnect with your body, mind, and soul. Join us for this transformative session and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! Please bring comfy padding or a yoga mat, and anything else you need to be totally comfortable.
