Join Julia-Grace Polich and Kari Foster Allison for a special heart-centered event. This unique offering is designed to help you open your heart, foster meaningful connections, and deepen your self-awareness.
Together, we’ll explore:
A paired yoga practice that encourages mindful communication, reduces stress, and strengthens bonds—whether with a partner, friend, or simply yourself.
A heart-connecting exercise to cultivate authentic connection and compassion.
A cacao ceremony using ceremonial-grade cacao, a non-psychedelic plant medicine traditionally used for its heart-opening properties, supporting emotional, spiritual, and physiological well-being.
Our intention is to create a safe and expansive space where you can connect—whether you attend with a partner, a friend, or on your own. This experience is open to everyone: singles, couples, best friends, and family members are all welcome!
We hope to offer a truly enriching community gathering that helps you connect not only with others but also with the most authentic version of yourself.
