Prepare to elevate your practice with our signature class and our most challenging offering on the schedule. This vigorous power yoga class blends fast-paced flows with powerful holds designed to push your limits, build endurance, stamina, and strength in both body and mind. Expect balancing postures, backbends, inversions, forward-bending, twists, and options for arm balances. With both modifications and advancements offered, you can tailor the practice to meet your needs for the day. This class is generally not recommended for beginners or those with injuries or special conditions because of its pace, however, if you have a good sense of humor and a small ego, you are always welcome!

power yoga
45min | 60min
Open to all levels, Power links breath to movement with a focus on endurance, balance, core strength, flexibility, and restoration. This class offers a strong, steady pace that builds heat and power without the intensity of our signature class. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences designed to strengthen and stretch the body, while also improving balance and range of motion. Expect a balanced blend of standing postures, core work, and deep stretches, with modifications and variations provided for all experience levels.
slow burn
ashtanga-inspired
60min | 75min | 90min
Slow doesn’t necessarily mean easy! Slow Burn is a mindful vinyasa class practiced at a steady, accessible pace. It’s designed to challenge you both physically and mentally without rushing from pose to pose. With an emphasis on proper alignment, breath awareness, and gentle transitions, this class builds a strong foundation of strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, Slow Burn will help you cultivate mindfulness, ease tension, and improve body awareness while promoting relaxation and mental clarity. Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone seeking a slower, more intentional flow.
rocket 1
rocket yoga / ashtanga yoga
45min | 60min | 75min
The Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir named this style of yoga “The Rocket” because “it gets you there faster.” Rocket Yoga is a moderately paced flow that combines traditional Ashtanga yoga with elements of creative vinyasa flow. The Rocket I sequence is called “leg day” as it focuses on the lower half of the body, building strength, flexibility, and balance to the legs and hips. This series begins with the familiar Sun Salutations A and B to warm up, followed by standing postures, seated postures, and backbends. Funky transitions and options for arm balances and handstand play keep the practice lively and challenging. Whether you’re building physical strength, mastering your mind, or exploring new postures, this class will push your limits and leave you feeling mentally and physically stronger. All levels are welcome.
rocket 2
rocket yoga / ashtanga yoga
45min | 60min | 75min
While Rocket 1 emphasizes lower body strength, Rocket 2 is all about building upper body strength and mobility (think “arm day”). Known for its energizing flow, Rocket 2 combines playful arm balances, lots of backbends, invigorating twists, hip work, and plenty of chances to get upside down and explore your limits. Don’t worry if the handstands and inversions feel overwhelming at first—stick with it, and you’ll see both your practice and arm muscles transform over time! This challenging practice is best suited for intermediate to advanced practitioners.
HIIT handstands
strength & conditioning workout
60min
HIIT handstands is a high-energy, HIIT-style workout class designed to build the strength, mobility, and body awareness needed for handstands and forearm stands. This full-body workout focuses on upper body, core, and leg strength, incorporating a variety of drills—both at the wall and free-standing—to enhance balance, proprioception, and control. Not comfortable going upside down yet? No worries—modifications will be provided for inverted shapes, with plenty of plank holds to build strength. You’ll gain the tools and confidence to find flight on your hands, uncovering your potential for inversions in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Perfect for anyone looking to elevate their inversion practice!

Yoga is your personal journey on your mat. We have a “you do you” policy–do what you can, take breaks when you need them, only do things that feel good, not focusing so much on things that look good.
No matter what class you choose to attend, introduce yourself to your teacher and ask all the questions! We’re here to help you find what feels right for you.
- Yoga mat
- An open mind
- Clothing you can move in
- Water bottle
- Sweat towel if needed
Don’t have a mat? We have rental mats available for $5 (free for members) and we also sell Manduka mats in-studio!
Sometimes an unexpected absence may occur, but please understand that our class cancelation policy is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. As a small studio with limited space, our demand for class spots is high. Absent No-Shows and Late Cancels are inconsiderate to our teachers and students, limit others from participating in classes, and are disruptive to our overall yoga community and the sustainability of our studio.
- Cancellation Window: Please cancel your class booking more than 1 hour before the scheduled class. This allows us to offer the spot to another yogi who may be on the waitlist or looking to attend.
- Late Cancellation/No-show: If a student fails to cancel their booking within the specified cancellation window or simply doesn’t show up for the class, they will incur a fee. No-shows are $20 + forfeiture of class pass used, and a late cancel is $10 + forfeiture of class pass used.
- Special Events or Workshops: Different cancellation policies may apply to special events and workshops. Please take a look at the specific event details for information on cancellation deadlines and penalties.
- Exceptions: We get it. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We may waive the cancellation penalty upon review of the circumstances. Text us: 336-422-7649 or email: allie@vyb-studio.com.
