Studio Policies
We’re a small studio by design, with limited class sizes and an intimate environment. These policies help us protect the experience for everyone while keeping the studio running smoothly.

BOOKING + PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is required for all studio classes, Signature Sound Meditations, and special events. Create an account and view the schedule to reserve your space.
Because our studio is small, classes can fill quickly. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but a spot cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel regular weekly classes with very low enrollment. If a class has one or fewer students registered one hour before the scheduled start time, the class may be canceled.
Registered students will be notified by email and, when possible, by text. If we cancel a class, your class credit will be returned or your payment refunded, as applicable.
CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY
Because our studio is intentionally small, every reservation matters. Please cancel your reservation at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.
Regular Weekly Classes: Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the class credit used to reserve your spot. For Ritual and Devotee members, the class will be deducted from your monthly balance.
Signature Sound Meditations: Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the session used to reserve your spot. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reserved spot to a friend by contacting us before the session begins.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional booking restrictions at the studio’s discretion.
ARRIVAL + STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Doors open approximately 15 minutes before class. Please arrive a few minutes before class start time to settle in.
Doors close promptly at the scheduled start time, and late entry is not permitted.
Please remove your shoes when entering the studio. Comfortable, clean clothing is recommended, and we ask that you avoid heavy fragrances.
Phones and electronics should be silenced and put away during practice unless needed for an emergency or on-call situation. Smart watches should be placed in silent or theater mode.
Conversation is welcome before and after class. Once practice begins, please help us maintain a quiet and focused environment.
EQUIPMENT + RENTALS
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of studio mats are available for free.
For meditation and sound sessions, you are welcome to bring a blanket, eye pillow, cushion, or anything else that helps you get comfortable.
MINIMUM AGE
Students must be 16 or older to attend regular movement classes unless otherwise approved by the studio.
Students under 16 may attend appropriate meditation or sound-based offerings when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please contact us before registering anyone under 16.
COMMUNITY RATE
We offer 10% off regular Studio Class Packs for students (under 25), educators, yoga teachers, and nurses with valid ID or proof of YTT completion.
To receive the Community Rate, show your valid ID at the studio or email us a photo before purchasing your pass.
The Community Rate applies to the 4-Class Pack and 10-Class Pack only and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
PASSES + EXPIRATION
Enter the Sanctuary — 3 Classes for $45: Valid for 14 days from purchase. New students only. Valid for regular weekly studio classes.
Studio Drop-In — $30: Valid for 30 days from purchase. Valid for one regular weekly studio class.
4-Class Pack — $100: Valid for 60 days from purchase. Valid for regular weekly studio classes.
10-Class Pack — $220: Valid for 120 days from purchase. Valid for regular weekly studio classes.
All passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared. Unused credits expire automatically at the end of the applicable validity period. Expiration dates cannot be extended except at the studio’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Studio Class Passes are not valid for Signature Sound Meditations, special events, workshops, trainings, or other separately ticketed offerings.
SIGNATURE SOUND MEDITATIONS
Signature Sound Meditations are separately ticketed experiences and cannot be booked using regular Studio Class Passes or membership class credits.
Signature Sound Drop-In — $35: One Signature Sound Meditation. Valid for 60 days from purchase.
Signature Sound Pack — $112: Four Signature Sound Meditations at $28 per session. Valid for 6 months from purchase.
Ritual + Devotee Members: Active members receive the $28 member rate for individual Signature Sound Meditations. Valid for 60 days from purchase.
A reservation is required for all Signature Sound Meditations. Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared.
MEMBERSHIPS
MEDITATION CLUB — $25/MONTH
Meditation Club includes unlimited access to scheduled live online meditation sessions and available recordings.
The membership is billed automatically each month and continues until canceled. You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
THE RITUAL — $145/MONTH
The Ritual includes 8 regular weekly studio classes per billing cycle, unlimited Meditation Club access, and the $28 member rate for Signature Sound Meditations.
The Ritual requires an initial 3-month commitment. After the initial commitment, membership continues month-to-month until canceled.
Your 8 monthly class credits do not roll over and may not be shared or transferred. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
THE DEVOTEE — $195/MONTH
The Devotee includes 12 regular weekly studio classes per billing cycle, unlimited Meditation Club access, and the $28 member rate for Signature Sound Meditations.
The Devotee requires an initial 3-month commitment. After the initial commitment, membership continues month-to-month until canceled.
Your 12 monthly class credits do not roll over and may not be shared or transferred. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
After the initial 3-month commitment, Ritual and Devotee members may cancel online in your account before their next scheduled billing date. Membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
Meditation Club may be canceled at any time before the next billing date.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSES
Ritual and Devotee memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to 30 days. Pause requests must be submitted by email at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Meditation Club does not offer membership pauses.
REFUNDS + TRANSFERS
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, extensions, or transfers for passes, memberships, Signature Sound Meditations, workshops, special events, trainings, or other separately ticketed offerings.
All passes, credits, and memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Cubbies are available for personal belongings, but vyb studio is not responsible for lost, left behind, stolen, or forgotten items.

FAQs
Do I need to pre-register?
Yes. Pre-registration is required for all studio classes, Signature Sound Meditations, and events. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but a spot cannot be guaranteed.
What counts as a regular studio class?
Regular studio classes are the recurring weekly offerings on our standard schedule. These may include movement, meditation, breathwork, stillness, and regular sound-based classes.
Signature Sound Meditations and separately ticketed events are not regular studio classes.
Can I use a Studio Class Pass for a Signature Sound Meditation?
No. Signature Sound Meditations have separate pricing because they are limited-capacity experiences.
You can purchase a Signature Sound Drop-In for $35 or a Signature Sound Pack for $112. Active Ritual and Devotee members receive the $28 member rate.
Do I need a membership?
No. You can attend with a Drop-In, Class Pack, or Enter the Sanctuary intro offer. Memberships are simply for those who want a more consistent rhythm of practice.
Which option is right for me?
- New here? Start with Enter the Sanctuary: 3 classes for $45.
- Practice occasionally? Choose a Studio Drop-In.
- Want flexibility? Choose a 4- or 10-Class Pack.
- Love Signature Sound Meditations? Choose the Signature Sound Pack.
- Practice about twice a week? The Ritual includes 8 studio classes per month.
- Practice about three times a week? The Devotee includes 12 studio classes per month.
- Prefer to practice online? Meditation Club provides unlimited online meditation access.
Do class credits roll over?
Studio Class Pack credits remain available until their expiration date. Ritual and Devotee membership credits do not roll over into the following billing cycle.
Can I share my pass?
No. All passes, credits, and memberships are for individual use only.
What happens if I forget to cancel?
If you do not cancel at least 6 hours before class, your class or session credit will be forfeited.
What happens if vyb cancels a class?
Registered students will be notified by email and, when possible, by text. Your class credit will be returned or your payment refunded, as applicable.

Ritual and Devotee require an initial 3-month commitment. After that, your membership goes to month-to-month. You may cancel online before your next billing date.
Meditation Club may be canceled before your next billing date.
Can I pause my membership?
Ritual and Devotee may be paused once per calendar year for up to 30 days. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Meditation Club cannot be paused.
What should I bring?
For movement classes, bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of Manduka studio mats are available to use for free if needed.
For meditation and sound sessions, we provide mats, pillows, and blanket.s Please bring anything else that helps you get comfortable.
Can I arrive late?
No. Doors close and lock promptly when class begins, and late entry is not permitted.
