These interactive 2-hour sessions include Q&A, strength-building and warm-up flows, hands-on assists, and plenty of time to play with poses. ARM BALANCES

Take flight with arm balances! Cover foundational and advanced poses like crow, side crow, chin stand, mountain climber, flying splits, flying pigeon, and firefly. Build strength and confidence while unlocking the secrets of balance and control.

BACKBENDS

Saturday, FEBRUARY 1

Open your heart and back in this session focused on backbends. Explore variations from bridge to wheel, camel to dropbacks. Learn to use props for support and develop strength to deepen your practice safely.

Inversions

Saturday, FEBRUARY 22
2pm-4pm

Turn your world upside down as you explore headstands, forearmstand, and handstand. Practice strength drills and techniques to build confidence, proprioception, and mastery of inverted shapes.
