CLASS PACKAGE EXPIRATION DATES

All Class Packs expire 6-months from purchase date.  Drop-ins expire 1 month from purchase date.  All Class Packs and Drop-ins are non-refundable.  New Student Intro Pass expires 14 days from the date of purchase. We are not able to extend class packages past their expiration date.

LATE ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED

Please be on your mat at the time class starts. You will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 15 minutes before class, and must leave 15 minutes after it ends.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Window: Please cancel your class booking more than 1 hour before the scheduled class. This allows us to offer the spot to another yogi who may be on the waitlist or looking to attend.   

Special Events or Workshops: Different cancellation policies may apply to special events and workshops. Please take a look at the specific event details for information on cancellation deadlines and penalties.

Late Cancel Fee: Late cancellations will be assessed a $10 charge to your card + forfeiture of class pass used. 

Sometimes an unexpected absence may occur, but please understand that our class cancelation policy is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty.  As a small studio with limited space, our demand for class spots is high. Absent No-Shows and Late Cancels are inconsiderate to our teachers and students, limit others from participating in classes, and are disruptive to our overall yoga community and the sustainability of our studio.

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-Show Fee: No-shows will be assessed a $20 charge to your card + forfeiture of the class pass used. 

Special Events or Workshops: Different cancellation policies may apply to special events and workshops. Please take a look at the specific event details for information on cancellation deadlines and penalties.

We get it. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We may waive the cancellation penalty upon review of the circumstances. Text us: 336-422-7649 or email: allie@vyb-studio.com.

TURN OFF TO TURN UP

Please no phones in the practice space. Exceptions are made for emergencies or on-call situations, but otherwise, please leave phones and electronics in your cubby or car. If you have a smart watch, make sure it is in theater mode to not disturb fellow yogis.

EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, as some rentals and purchases are limited. Mat rentals are $5 and we also sell yoga mats in the studio (prices vary).  You can refill your water bottle at our water station.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS

We do NOT offer refunds or extensions on any class credits, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.

All class credits, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.

MEMBERSHIPS

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. All monthly memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment. To cancel your membership or skip a month, you must email us at least 30 days before renewal. Memberships begin and renew on the date of purchase.  Annual Memberships cannot be canceled or paused after purchase.

MINIMUM AGE

You must be 16 years or older to practice with us.

LOST + FOUND

Cubbies are available for your personal items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email us for any items left behind.

CASHLESS

We only accept credit and debit cards as we do not keep cash/change on hand in the studio*.  We ask that all clients update their online account with a valid credit card.

*If you have the exact amount in cash, then we will accept.
