WEEKEND DEEP DIVES

SESSION 1:
Tea, Philosophy & Meditation 
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 
6 PM – 7:30 PM

Bring your favorite mug, a cushion, and something cozy as we gather in community for tea, conversation, and meditation.

Daryl will guide us through an exploration of the 8-Limb Path of Yoga—a timeless framework that offers direction both on and off the mat.

We’ll close with a guided meditation, leaving you grounded, centered, and ready for the weekend ahead.

SESSION 2:

Opening Mantra & Foundations

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13
10 AM – 12:30 PM

We’ll begin with a traditional opening mantra before moving into a mindful warm-up of sun salutations. From there, Daryl will guide you through the Opening Series, introducing postures with a focus on steady breath, mindful transitions, and cultivating internal awareness.

This session lays the foundation for understanding how the series weaves together strength, mobility, and focus.

SESSION 3:

Alignment, Structure & Closing

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13
1 PM – 3:30 PM

After a short break, we’ll return to the mat to refine and expand on the Series One postures.

With an emphasis on alignment, structure, and energetic flow, this session will help you deepen both your physical and energetic awareness of the practice.

We’ll end with a guided journey through the closing sequence, including savasana, to integrate the day’s work and leave you feeling balanced and renewed.
