The vyb Mentorship Program offers hands-on, real-world teaching experience to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to lead a powerful yoga class. Over the 3-4 month program, you’ll work one-on-one with vyb’s Lead Instructor and Owner, Allie, gaining personalized guidance in sequencing, cueing, and providing safe, effective hands-on assists. You’ll also lead three public classes in the studio, practice assisting in your public classes, and receive valuable feedback to refine your teaching style.

Beyond teaching techniques, the program delves into the deeper philosophy of yoga, with focused study on Patanjali’s Eight Limbed Path. This will enrich your understanding of yoga beyond asana, empowering you to weave its wisdom into both your classes and daily life.
