Sessions are usually 45 minutes because your time is your most valuable asset. We will work hard, so you get the most bang for your buck. Each session is systematically programmed to offer a full range of movement patterns, muscle group focuses, and intensity levels so you always feel challenged, but never over-trained or bored.  

Sessions take place in our private studio space located at 2712 London Lane, Winston Salem, NC.

$60 per session

Package Deals Available:

Have friends you want to workout with? Small group (up to 3 people) private training is available.

Plant Based Ayurvedic
Nutrition Consults

Demystify the world of vegan, plant-based, and Ayurvedic nutrition with guidance from Allie, who has embraced a plant-based vegan lifestyle and Ayurvedic principles for over 7 years.

Ayurveda fosters a personalized and unique approach to nutrition, considering not just what you eat but also when you eat, based on your individual needs. During our consultation, we’ll review your Nutrition and Ayurvedic assessment and dive deep into your relationship with food. You’ll walk away with specific, realistic strategies designed to create lasting, impactful change.

Consultations are held virtually via Google Meet or phone, offering you personalized support wherever you are.

I'm Allie!

I’m Allie Labate, a wife, dog mom to three doggos, and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. My journey into fitness and health started with a deep love for movement and strength-building, but it wasn’t until I discovered Yoga and Ayurveda that I truly made peace with my body. These practices taught me to appreciate my body for its capabilities, rather than just its appearance.

I started my wellness journey as a bodybuilder in my early 20s, but over time, I realized that true sustainable health isn’t about how you look on the outside—it’s about how you feel on the inside. I found that sticking to just weights and cardio wasn’t enough to create a fully functional, resilient body. Incorporating yoga and more bodyweight movements into my routine was the key to achieving a balanced, injury-free lifestyle.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith, leaving behind a career in marketing to launch a yoga and fitness company dedicated to helping others achieve their optimal health and happiness. Today, I’m passionate about guiding my clients on their wellness journeys, helping them discover what true health and happiness look like.

As a Kettlebell and Mobility Personal Trainer, I combine weight training with calisthenics, martial arts and yoga movements, and mobility exercises to help clients build strength and body awareness. I’ve had the privilege of learning from top coaches, athletes, and trainers, such as Gabo Saturno, Steph Rose, and Yuri Marmerstein.

My yoga classes draw inspiration from the Ashtanga lineage and are characterized by their athleticism, playfulness, and inclusive nature. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will find options to challenge yourself or take a gentler approach as needed. My goal is to empower you on the mat so that you can carry that sense of empowerment into all areas of your life.  Throughout my yoga teaching career, I have had the privilege of learning from remarkable teachers like Carson Clay Calhoun, Jennifer Eddins, Michelle Young, and Deepak Chopra. Their wisdom and guidance have deeply influenced my teaching style and philosophy.

I’m a firm believer that each person is whole when all parts—mind, body, and spirit—are functioning at their highest level. Many people focus solely on exercise or nutrition, thinking that will solve everything, while others concentrate on mental development or spiritual connection. However, I emphasize that all these aspects are interconnected, and when one falls out of balance, the others suffer too. While I’m not a counselor or therapist, I encourage my clients to explore all areas of growth to achieve optimal well-being. Even if some questions seem unusual, trust me—they matter in the journey towards becoming your best self.

My mission is to help others move well and with ease for the rest of their lives, which is why I’m deeply passionate about functional fitness, longevity training, and maintaining a strong mindset. I am, and always will be, a student of life, constantly seeking new ways to improve myself and those I work with, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their practice and training.
