Benefiting Stepping Stones Canine Rescue
with Heidi Leigh
Christmas morning at 10 AM, join Heidi for a heartwarming yoga class dedicated to the spirit of giving. Rooted in the practice of Karma Yoga—the yoga of selfless action—this class invites you to flow for a cause, with all donations going to support Stepping Stones Canine Rescue.
Stepping Stones Canine Rescue is a local non-profit based in Winston-Salem, NC, devoted to rescuing, fostering, and finding loving homes for abandoned and neglected dogs. Their mission ensures each dog receives the love, care, and medical attention they deserve while fostering meaningful connections between dogs and their future families.
This all-levels class is designed to nourish your body and soul. You’ll move through dynamic sequences linking breath to movement, while cultivating balance and full-body strength. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice, you’ll find space to strengthen, stretch, and restore in the glow of the holiday spirit.
Let’s come together in gratitude and generosity this Christmas to support the incredible work of Stepping Stones Canine Rescue. This is more than a yoga class—it’s an opportunity to give back and help make a difference.

CHRISTMAS DAY
HEART & HELP
Benefiting Rural Organizing And Resilience (ROAR)
with Daryl Williams
Christmas Day from 12 PM to 1:30 PM, join Daryl for a heartfelt yoga practice dedicated to the spirit of resilience and giving. All donations from this class will directly support Rural Organizing And Resilience (ROAR), a grassroots organization committed to fostering connection, mutual aid, and dignity in our Western North Carolina mountain communities.
Since Hurricane Helene struck Western North Carolina, ROAR has tirelessly provided over $250,000 in financial assistance, housing, and essential supplies to those in need. Their efforts prioritize communities often overlooked by larger organizations, including Madison County families, migrant workers in Yancey County, and members of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. By participating in this class, you’ll be helping ROAR continue their vital work to support all who call these mountains home.
This special 90-minute Slow Burn class offers a mindful practice, moving at a steady and intentional pace. This practice challenges you both physically and mentally while cultivating mindfulness and ease. Emphasizing alignment, breath, and transitions, it’s designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting relaxation and clarity—perfect for the season of reflection and giving.
